Man's Search for Meaning really struck a chord with me - teaching me the significance of perspective. It is not what happens to us in life, its how we choose to respond.

The Choice

Another non-fiction Holocaust book about hope. Edith was captured by Nazi soldiers along with her family and sent to die in a concentration camp. In this book she looks back on this horrific experience, how she coped with moving on, and what she learned about herself and life along the way. Of all the books I've read (and I've read many) The Choice had the greatest impact on me.
