Counsellor and Life Coach

I am an accredited Counsellor and Life Coach. I am an intergrative therapist meaning I work across therapy genres rather than subscribing to one discipline. It’s a dynamic and flexible approach that draws from various modalities to meet the unique needs of each individual.

What sets my practice apart is the blend of coaching psychology into my counselling approach.

Let me help you to navigate challenges such as stress, anxiety, identity, self-image, and manage your wellbeing. Life has a way of presenting us with hurdles, and I understand the impact stress and anxiety can have firsthand. Because of certain challenges I faced personally, I discovered the transformative power of seeking support from a counsellor. This experience fueled my passion to assist others in overcoming their obstacles and developing self-awareness.

I offer online sessions via Zoom and in-person sessions in Cork City Centre and Bantry.

My integrated counselling and life coaching approach will give you a space to develop tools to talk to and about yourself more postively, become your own cheerleader, to work through any latent trauma, to fully embrace your identity at whatever stage of life you are at. Collaboration is central to the process of therapy and together we will work on creating a comfort with change, establish your boundaries, and develop goals.
