Honours Bachelor degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from ICHAS
Honours Higher Diploma in Coaching/Coaching Psychology from UCC
Higher Certificate in Counselling Studies from CIT
Continued professional development and supervision ongoing
I am registered and accredited with APCP – member number MBR11173. This means my qualifications meet the approved standards, and I am bound by the APCP code of ethics.

My integrated counselling and life coaching approach will give you a space to develop tools to talk to and about yourself more postively, become your own cheerleader, to work through any latent trauma, to fully embrace your identity at whatever stage of life you are at. Collaboration is central to the process of therapy and together we will work on creating a comfort with change, establish your boundaries, and develop goals.
